2.2 Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. A checkbox during registration is used to confirm age eligibility. LatinMap is not responsible for incorrect age information provided by users.

3.1 Event Discovery: Browse events, dance schools, professionals, and more.

3.2 Follow Functionality: Follow your favorite brands and receive updates about their activities.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes information provided during registration, participation in events, or interaction with the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content, layout, branding, and design of the LatinMap platform are the intellectual property of LatinMap.

5.2 Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant LatinMap a license to display and promote such content on the platform.

6. Limitations of Liability

LatinMap is not liable for:

• Inaccuracies in event listings or organizer information.
• Disputes between users or involving third-party content.
• Cancellation of events or the (temporary) unavailability of platform features.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands, unless otherwise required by EU consumer protection law.

8. Account Termination

8.1 LatinMap reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

8.2 Users can deactivate their account at any time via their dashboard or by contacting support.

9. Updates to These Terms

LatinMap reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through notifications on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
